Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be cancelled at any time but are subject to the following conditions;

If your order has not been dispatched we will refund your order balance after subtracting any handling fees that were charged to us by our payment service providers in the normal course of processing your order.

If your order has been dispatched, you should return the goods unopened to our contact address. Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, we will send you a refund equal to the balance of your order after postage and packaging and payment service provider handling costs have been subtracted.

For orders that are paid by cheque and have not yet been dispatched, we will return your cheque to you.

For orders that are paid by cheque and have been dispatched, we will send you a refund cheque equal to the balance of your order minus postage and packaging and service charges if appropriate.

Refunds Policy:

If you receive anything that is damaged, please return it to us within 1 week of receipt with a letter or Email explaining why, and we will replace the item.

If you feel an item has been misrepresented, please Email us, before returning the item.

Where vouchers have been used as payment or part payment then vouchers to the same amount will be issued as part of the repayment.

We are not able to refund postage.

Shipping And Handling:

All products will be sent within the United Kingdom by Royal Mail. Overseas shipping costs and services may vary. All prices are calculated on a per-order basis and are currently charged at £5.95 per order. Please note that we are changing our shipping costs according to the new guidelines set by the Post Office, and that weight and size of order will be taken into consideration.

Your item will be dispatched to you as soon as the funds have cleared, subject to us having sufficient stock available. Wherever possible, you will receive your goodies within one week. If we know there may be a delay, we will always let you know in advance.

Privacy Policy:

Squooze will not disclose your information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment process. In this case, the third party (credit card company) will not disclose any of the details to any other party. This does not apply if we are asked to produce records for legal reasons, such as in fraudulent credit card transaction investigations.

All data is stored in a password-secured database on a managed server. We will take all possible precautions to ensure that your data is kept safe at all times.

Use of this website:

Whilst we endeavour to keep this site up and running, there may be times when it isn't. As such, we cannot guarantee that you won't experience the odd technical difficulty here and there. If you do, please send a report to us at bugs@squooze.com and we'll see if we can fix it for you.
